What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Going to the drive-through and for crying out loud this is not the first time so I am very specific when I order very specific no ice order to green tea lemonade all the time no ice and don't you know I can honestly say out of five orders three orders I always have to go back and tell them I said no ice until I call up the store and the manager says I was the one who took the order I was like well then you know I sai... So to whomever reads this, come on now, you know the times are living in our bad and they're only getting worse. You feel it deep inside of you. What is the answer? **** who came to save the world from sin. Nobody can get to heaven without HIM. It's impossible. So all you need to do is ask him into your heart today to save you from hell and take your sins away, start reading the Bible and develop a relationship with God through his son Jesus and you will be born again.
I am a pretty routine customer largely because I support Starbucks generally because it was a company that gave me a chance when I needed a job. I have been generally tolerant of the less than stellar services because from day-to-day for every negative I could come up with, there was at least three or four positives.Today, I mobile ordered as I do and was told my drink was “somewhere over there” amongst the mobile order drinks. The partner who told me as much was making someone else’s drink and the person typically handling the mobile order organization was nowhere to be found. Things seemed slow and managable as partners were talking to each other. It seemed as though the suggestion was “if you could find your drink, grab it” which I did. I was told “please don’t reach over the counter.”In what feels like an interaction counter to the Starbucks brand, and a moment where I felt unwelcome and undervalued, I walked out of the store vowing to not return. I am greatly disappointed and will refrain from the 12th and Pittsburgh Starbucks.
Service was good. Typical Stsrbucjs set up. Food is not on display but you can order anything on the menu. Coffee was okay, ordered Flatwhite woth additional shot.
Great service. Coffee was made exactly the way we asked. Bathrooms were very clean.
I loved this locations outside sitting area. It was nice, with shaded areas and very comfortable seating. My drink was incredible and the staff, at least the two young ladies I dealt with, we're very friendly. I wish I would have gotten their names so I could give them the credit they deserve, but unfortunately I didn't. But my whole experience here was quite nice. Thanks to the staff. Keep it up. I would definitely come back
