I placed an order online, when I came to pickup there was nothing there. I encountered Marcus and asked about my order. Nothing could be found and my phone decided to not cooperate. I started to cry as it has been a very emotional time taking of my sick mom, etc. Marcus ran back , made my order and no questions asked. Do not believe that the bagels are ready when they open at 6:30 a.m. I have put a bagel order through the app for picking up around 7:10 and they had none of the bagels ready or available. I was able to cancel my order. View all feedback.
I know it's going to be expensive nowadays to eat, but if you go to eat this place is a good choice. Good prices and decent sizes
Very expensive and quality wasn't that great soup was cold. It shouldn't cost 18.00 for soup salad n drink! Won't bback

Walk in the Panera on 4299 Buffalo Rd set my stuff down at 1 of the table's. Went up to the cashier order a ice coffe to go. Pay for it. Cashier hands me a empty cup. And says make your own. Had to get a manger involved to refund me.
It's expensive, yes. But I've never gotten anything that tasted bad here. Now that I have the gotten the bad out of the way: this food is yummy. The rewards program is easy to use (similar to Starbucks but you get rewards more often), the egg whites are fluffy and the chive and onion cream cheese spread is amazing. Edit: I love bread bowls
