What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Worst McDonald's there went go get food before work(20 minutes after open and they had me sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes till I gave up and whenever I do get food the order is either done wrong or the food is overcooked and grose View all feedback.
The restaurant recently changed the hours of their play place to 9am-7pm without notifying customers. We arrived with my kids at 6:55pm and were promptly asked to leave due to cleaning, although no cleaning had actually taken place. My crispy chicken sandwich was lacking the cheese I ordered, only had two pickles, and the bacon was burnt and sparse. The chicken patty was also only partially cooked. When I asked for cheese, I found several employees standing around on their phones instead of helping.
The food was served cold. It was concerning to see the manager or district manager present, along with four individuals in the back wearing polo shirts. The workers had long fake nails and were not wearing gloves while handling food. It is important for the manager to enforce proper hygiene practices, such as wearing gloves, to ensure the safety of the food being prepared.
The restaurant had an open lobby where you could order food from touch kiosks or at the counter. The food was delicious, but we didn't feel comfortable dining inside as there was no outdoor seating available. We ended up eating in the car, which is not something I enjoy doing.
During our trip back to Bradford, we decided to make a pit stop on our way to the highway at this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by how good it was! My fiancée proclaimed that it was the best McDonald's burger she's ever had in her 31 years of life. Highly recommend trying it out.
