We didn't dine inside the restaurant. The French fries were excessively salty—I'm a fan of salt on my fries, but this was way too much! As for vegetarian options, they do offer macaroni and cheese, which is great since I prefer to avoid eating meat as well. View all feedback.

After driving a few miles home, we decided to stop and check our order. To our disappointment, we found that we received two drumsticks instead of thighs. One box contained mashed potatoes and gravy but no biscuit, while the other had coleslaw and a biscuit but no mashed potatoes. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered.

The staff was unfriendly when we placed our order, and we had to wait quite a while for it to be ready. I was instructed to park at the front. When our order was finally brought out, it was given to the wrong car, and instead of confirming our order, the staff member had to go back and retrieve it. To make matters worse, they acted as if it was my fault and offered no apology. We won't be returning.

Absolutely unbelievably passive-aggressive. The staff here clearly don’t care at all about their job. We specifically REQUESTED to pay for extra gravy, but we ended up getting none. The coleslaw was served warm, which was unexpected. The chicken? Soggy and just terrible. You can't even go inside due to COVID restrictions, and using the drive-thru feels like dealing with an anonymous keyboard warrior. Hiding behind their drive-thru, this has been hands down the worst experience I’ve had in a very long time. What a way to ruin dinner for $50!
Went through the drive thru to get my client dinner. My client particularly didn?t want a biscuit with his meal so I asked for a cookie as a substitute. The order taker proceeds to tell me ?okay I can do it this time but next time it won?t happen? as ifshe?s gonna remember my face and remind me of that when I come back. I would?ve respected it more if she just said ?no we can?tdo any substitutes? instead of the attitude that came with it and talking to me as if I?m her friend and not a customer.
I worked at KFC from 2006 to 2007, and I have to say that this Millcreek location has always impressed me. I only visit about once a month or every two months, but I've never been let down. Tonight's food and service were particularly excellent—thank you once again!
