I wanted to go home. it was very clean and employees were very nice. I ordered it before I filled my cup. eating was delicious and just as ordered. I gave 4 stars just because there were times when my order was wrong, missing items, or could say that eating was older. but in the average I would say, 4 out of 5 times it was good and no problems. What User doesn't like about Kfc:
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service. The employee made the ordering process unnecessarily complicated. The place was very dirty, with not a single table clean except for one that was closed due to COVID. The soda I ordered was flat, and when I tried to get juice, it came out as water. Cashier took my card and went in the back after payment ... I'm pretty sure they're starling bank card numbers watch out
I have never in my entire life been able to strain the oil out of a French fry..ever...until the day I came here....I can say with a clear conscious they don't change their fryer oil..you can taste the filth...chick came to us pink and luke warm. Completely unacceptable...cashier did not know anything about her job...she kept telling us we were ordering wrong... manager looked like he was ready to box... environment was not friendly nor the food good...KFC please change your oil before you kill someone
Forgot to give me my drink and walked away, then gave me the wrong kind of drink and walked away again. I ordered a famous bowl and the chicken was rock hard balls of breading that crumbled apart. Didn’t look like there was any chicken inside half of them. Then i took a bite and realized the chicken was ancient. I had to throw it away because it tasted so gross. Also they gave me no receipt and no napkins. Is there anything they didn’t mess up?!?! Man this place is utterly horrible all around.
