worst experience? it really was on the hill. it used to be one of .y favorites. but the last two times in a month, they screwed up my order. the first time I ordered online. I gave them the advantage of the doubt. So today I took the time to go through the drive and still they have it wrong. There commercial is about getting your food before you can say Jommy John's... this place lives up to the hype.
Food was great. Staff were overwhelmed and probably overworked. Their attitudes were terrible about their workplace. Very open and loud about it. Unprofessional.
This sub is called a Beach Club ...Really good tho,also got the oatmeal raisin cookies,along with a drink .... The cashier she was very friendly and didn't even rush me while I was ordering my food...
Been a customer here for a long time. Today, however, I came through the drive thru, ordered (2) #13 Cubano sandwiches, the kind with Ham&Bacon, the wife and I went on to do the laundry, well guess what, we got the #15 Tuna sandwiches. I guess the young lady working the drive thru was otherwise preoccupied. To bad I have to give you a (1) star rating now . Focus on your work! Please. People, make sure you check your order before you leave. UPDATE:03/08/22 Recently received an Invitation to contact Jimmy John 's, so they can make reparations, I 'm not interested in them wanting to give me a Free sandwich. All I can ask is for your Company to have the right People in the Right positions. I just wanted what I ordered. I didn 't order anything Custom Made , I just ordered a standard Menu Sandwich. If the communications person isn 't able to accomplish the task of taking an order, then filling the order, maybe that person would better serve the Company in Another Position. Just want what I ordered, nothing more, nothing less. Not looking for anything Free.
