Java Island
Description
Java Island is a neighborhood coffee haven praised for friendly, personable baristas, speedy service, and excellent espresso. Regulars love the smoothies, seasonal lattes, sugar-free syrup options, and organic bakery treats, plus kid-friendly blended drinks. It’s a go-to for morning coffee and supporters of local shops. Note occasional order mistakes, inconsistent hot/iced or milk handling, and a limited breakfast menu — issues that temper an otherwise highly recommended spot.

My favorite spot for a quick coffee or smoothie! As someone who follows a sugar-free diet, I really appreciate their wide variety of sugar-free syrup options for flavored coffees—definitely some of the best in town!
Super convenient drive thru. Drinks are fun and tasty. Service is always fast and excellent! Plus my dogs love the drive thru.Food: 5/5
LOVE Java Island, all of the baristas are always so kind the quality of the drinks you get here is SO much better than Starbucks. Highly recommend giving them a try, you won't be disappointed!
Love this place! Everyone is so friendly. Service is quick and efficient, especially during business hours (9-5 M-F). Everyone who works at this shop deserves a minimum of 25% tip and I usually base on $5 and then add depending on experience. The one and ONLY reason I am not giving 5 stars is the food experience when you're on the run heading to work (vs Starbucks) the burritos have made me sick and... gassy ... lmao So this place has no longer been my breakfast food place on the run heading to work. (Unless protein/energy smoothie... which is great btw). They have limited breakfast menu sadly.ON THE OTHER HAND, If you are there for coffee, espresso shots are always GREAT!!!! Non burnt shots, nice workers, speedy fast service, personalized and FRIENDLY. You want good microwaved food and dull customer experience? Go to Starbucks. You're better off pre-making sandwiches at home and getting a top notch espresso pull here vs gambling at Starbucks (for an unburnt espresso pull) for your work nitro.
