Very rude I asked for an iced green tea latte and the girl was so rude when she handed me a unsweetened iced green tea..... then I had to ask for my donut.... dalrt should buy them out much better service
They closed 1.5 hours before they are supposed to and the girl behind the counter just looked at me and walked away
The only place in the millcreek mall where they can get a decent cup of coffee. as always busy. donuts are fresh. worth a visit.
We waited for about 25 minutes in the drive-thru line. Unfortunately, the two donuts I ordered were not available, and the cashier had to go check with someone each time I asked.
This has happened to me twice now. I've ordered large drinks, but they're never filled all the way. Your store was busy, and the drive-thru line was too long, so I didn't go back to address it. However, it's important to ensure that customers receive what they pay for.
