Donatos Pizza - Erie

1st and Last time there... While the Pizza was very tasty... Large Cheese, Pepperoni, Green Peppers, Mushrooms...$20.00 It was as thin as a Dime.. I called in my order for Pick-up.....I was never asked what kind of Crust I wanted... Maybe they only have one kind.. I would never had ordered Thin Crust.... The Employee was very nice and polite.... I'm giving 1 Star because no option on Crust.....

I ordered two large pizzas from here and the pizza was delivered warm, fresh and was delicious. I got a cheese pizza with extra sauce and a pizza with pepperoni and sausage. The driver also was very nice and courteous. Didn?t get any wings but I will be trying them next time. I very happy that a Donato?s location has opens in my location. I will be ordering again in the near future. ????????.

Put in my order thru the app, and after the order went thru got a email telling me that my oder would be ready for pickup at 6:54pm . I drive up to the store and I was there after 6:54pm and the order still had 5 mins to go. They/you should make sure your on time with the time that is given to the customer. I'm sorry but I will give them 1 more try after this and if it happens again, I will not do business with them anymore.

This location is just as great as the west side location! Both have the friendliest employees as well as delicious pizzas. Gluten free as well!

Visiting from out of town and picked this place need on the pictures of the pizza. It was so incredibly good! The crust was perfect and the toppings were great! Great service and reasonably priced for the quality.
