What Stewart Robel doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
they don't have it on their website that they have pick-up times up to 1 at available and they call me around 11pm if I order a job that I can't get. now my money is held for 72 hours because their website is wrong. they wanted to calculate me extra for the delivery for their website incorrectly. I tried to give this place another chance after we found haare in our food, but obviously I made a mistake. View all feedback.
Not enough pizzen on thin crust. paid $22 also for a medium. much too much. and here are the good news! jesus saves! the times are getting hard and we will all need him. where will you spend eternality?
Have had multiple disappointing orders from here, but tonight the pizza looked like it had about a gallon of watered down Alfredo sauce on it. wouldn't let my kids touch it. they refused to refund me and when I asked to speak to a manager they refused to give me their name. update: saw the manager and she refunded the money and apologized for the quality of the pizza.
Paid money.Cannot eat my pizza.Ordered Pacific Veggie for delivery and got pieces of Chicken in it.The lady who spoke on the phone spoke too casually like it’s a non issue did not even apologize and until I mentioned it’s a Religious thing and Blasphemy to eat meat.This has been a repeated problem with this location.I’ve complained multiple times.The location on Peach street is much better. The attitudes are night and day between the location.No replacement nothing.They must like getting sued with this attitude. Rip off.
I ordered a simple pizza over the phone guy said it would be 10 mins and went to pick it up when I got there they said they were closed and sat there for 10 mins waiting with no response. Very unprofessional would never recommend it
Ordered pizza for my employees for an employee meeting after work, and a salad for myself due to dietary restrictions. The delivery driver only dropped off the pizza. It wasn't discovered until after he left that the salad was missing. I immediately called, and they said it would be over an hour until my salad could be delivered. I don't understand how something that was not my fault wasn't rectified immediately. We are less than a five-minute drive from their location. I am extremely disappointed that a whole meal was forgotten from the delivery and it was not made right (besides a credit, but that doesn't help the fact that I do not have dinner).
