Burger King - Erie

As the business isn't run terribly, I do have a complaint. When I came in, I saw the staff doing their jobs correctly and it really pressed my buttons. What do you mean only one person is allowed to touch each drawer? I don't care if money has gone missing, if I need my whopper you need to bend the rules. Ontop of that, they just scurry around trying to help the new crew members instead of prioritizing MY FOOD!! And they were nice to every customer, and even to me, until I started going off about things in the store I didn't understand, and they don't have the time or get paid enough to explain to me. Sad place to go if you're impatient like I am ?

Don't eat here unless you have an hour to burn. Couldnt tell you the quality of food because both times I've been here I left because the wait is unreal, McDonald's acrossed the street is on point fast food.Food: 1/5

I kinda enjoy a fish sandwich at this other chain but burger king actually have a really nice fish sandwich at least tome its dressed. Fast food is not my thing but its cool sometimes.Food: 5/5

Every time I walk in here to the counter to place an order, there will be no one behind me in line and no one to take my order. Turns out, girl behind the counter looks at me and sees that I want to order and turns back around and doesn’t say anything to anyone or doesn’t even bother to help me. This is very unprofessional.On another day, I came in and the same thing happened, AGAIN.. but I figured I would try to give them another chance bc who knows, different people may be working. Girl comes up to the cash register and I start to place my order, I get cut off with a, “I’m clocking out.” You can’t take 2 seconds out of your day to take my order? I will never order or eat at Broad St Burger King until they get some new workers who actually care about their customers as well as they’re jobs.
