the person that took care of us today was amazing. I'm glad there are still people out there like him. I didn't catch his name but he was kind, cheerful, and happy. just what we needed today. View all feedback.
What James Campbell doesn't like about Auntie Anne's:
Slow employees, lack of pretzels during busy season. Wish wanted pretzels bites , but was told it would be 25 to 30 mins for them to make them meanwhile they had some made, but couldn't sell it to me because it was for the other location. They never have half of what is on their menu ready. If you only want to serve the bare minimum change your menu so you don't keep wasting people's

One of the women workers' hair was in front of her face. At any point her hair could touch someone's food very unsanitary.
I was walking past auntie anne’s and wasn’t even planning on buying anything when a worker there (later found out was the manager katie) jedi jumped over the counter summer salted onto the mall floor and screamed in my face calling me words that aren’t even in my vocabulary. the vulgar language and disgusting attitude made me unable to ever consume a soft pretzel ever again. disappointed and very sad with this experience.
Rude employee, now I shouldn't ostracize a company because of one bad employee especially in the current workers market, but with an hour left in store hours we were told what was made is all that is left. My girlfriend has been craving pretzel dogs for at least a month and we were willing to wait for them to be made, but the employee refused to make them after several requests. I was willing demand her bosses phone number, but we ended up just leaving with mediocre pretzel bites that were luke warm. I hope management addresses this policy of refusing food with an hour left of business.
