Arby's - Erie

It was nice to sit down and eat than actually have a conversation with an employee. We live in such a world where being friendly matters to some. I am one who it matters to.

Very fast service good food and nice and clean place.

Food was good and hot when we got it. There was a fairly decent wait in the drive-through during our visit. Staff was courteous and very helpful with providing everything we needed. Arby's is certainly on the higher end of the fast food spectrum.

The only reason why i am posting a one star rating for this, is because my mother's chicken sandwich has been raw in places the past two times we have ordered from here. They need to take much better care in preparing the food. Here is hoping mom doesnt have Salmonella poisoning... My advice, avoid chicken there or just make sure they cook it all the way through.

I ordered beef for a party. I spoke to Jessie several times, she was always very helpful. When I picked up my order, Dale was there. He made sure my order was perfect. I can't say enough good comments on this special Arbys. The restaurant was clean and organized, my beef was delicious, we got plenty of sauces, and Dale was very attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for great beef for your next party.
