L'antica Pizza Di Butera Umberto

We have visited the location at 17:30 to eat some pizzas but it was closed and we have been informed that it will be opened at 19:00 o’clock. We have waited one and half hour and then i have ordered our pizzas. They have prepared the pizzas in 15 minutes. I have checked around and seen that the kitchen, pizza stand, oven and pizza masters were clean and also every where in kitchen was hygiene. They are also useing the quality meat and fresh vegetables. The pizzas have been delicious and we have liked them a lot. I can order my pizza next time while my eyes are closed. I think it is the best pizza location in the town. Many thanks for the master who knows very well how the delicious pizza is prepared and cooked. Ahmet 20 May 2019.

Frequentante assiduo da almeno 25 anni, eccellente team di collaboratori e molto puntuale per le consegne che dicono qualità e gentilezza della tradizione sono sempre state l'ammiraglia di umberto e del suo team! I miei preferiti sono la famiglia che li chiamo bella cassata siciliana per la bellezza ocita dal forno a legna e il profumo e il gusto che solo i prodotti freschi a km zero di trapani e Sicilia ti fanno vedere che sono deliziosi in realtà.

Alto e morbido, per chi ama. decisamente saporito. un piccolo caos nell'ordine

Impasto eccellente, molto ben digeribile. ho ordinato da asporto di lunedì

Pizza cotta nel forno a legna. ci sono molte capre insolite nel Trapani. davvero buono
