Restaurant Pizza und Grill Charleston - Feedback

What Chris F doesn't like about Restaurant Pizza und Grill Charleston:
Had a decent veggie pizza here, just added some cherry tomatoes to their Campagnola pizza. Probably would have liked some chilli oil to give it a bit of a kick, but I enjoyed it all the same. I wasn't that keen on the atmosphere that other reviews have praised. Perhaps it's because it was lunchtime, but I found it a little bit sterile.
