Unfortunately, their customer communication is terrible. We needed two receipts, which the restaurant couldn't provide. The restaurant also stated that they couldn't cancel our Lieferando order. Either the Lieferando website is lying, or they weren't willing to cooperate. The man on the phone became quite rude afterward and wasn't interested in finding a solution. Strangely, the whole issue wasn't a problem for the competitor, which we subsequently switched to. What a shame!

Not recommended! We only ordered two kebabs, both of which were cold and wrong. A veal kebab turned out to be a little hansen kebab. The hansen meat on the kebab was RAW!! And not even remotely well prepared. €17 for the ton. Almost disgusting. After scraping out the meat, all that was left was soggy, cheap bread and a tasteless sauce. This is truly a disgrace to kebab culture!
