The Old Schoolhouse Deli-cafe - Erewash

Was only in this little gem if a caffe to the breakfast with my daughter beautiful eating great staff and a warm cozy atmosphere would thoroughly recommend

Yesterday was debbie, simon and the teams last day that the old schoolhouse, new owners are obliged to take over the herrages in the next weeks. many thanks for the excellent service in recent years it was always a pleasure to eat here, their speck sandwich was the best. I enjoyed meeting them all, and I wish them a lot good what they want to do in the future, mam and I will miss them.

I have passed by this restaurant many times over the years, but on Monday, November 20th, 2023, I finally decided to stop in. I was able to find parking easily and was surprised to get a table quickly, despite the busy car park. The menu had a good variety and the prices were reasonable. The food and drinks were tasty, although I did receive a bacon roll instead of a bacon sandwich, but the staff apologized for the mix-up. I will definitely visit again when I am in the area.

The staff is fantastic and friendly, the food is fresh and tasty. I always love coming to this place because it has a warm atmosphere. It is also child-friendly.

This restaurant is the perfect place to stop for lunch off the M1! The food is excellent, the service is perfect, the staff are friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. We sat outside in a covered area of the car park behind the Old Schoolhouse. It's hard to find a better stop than this!
