Food was really good! Although we got sent 3 rices and 2 naan breads, instead of 2 rices and 3 naan breads. From the time of ordering to the time it was delivered was 2 hours. Which we felt was very long when the original time given was 19:50, then between 20:10-20:30, then delivered around 21:00. Again, food was great so I guess it makes up for it View all feedback.
What Sarah Frauchiger doesn't like about Raheem Indian:
First time using, really disappointing. Ordered at 7pm, initially said delivery at 7.40, quickly changed to 8.00 8.20pm. Order finally arrived at 8.30pm. Nan and Bombay potatoes completely flavourless, medium heat curry (masala bhuna) more like a dessert than a main all you can taste is sugar. Rice pretty much cold. Small local restaurant selling great food. Service is slow but due to collections of take away food. Not licenced but can bring your own alcohol, Tesco is next door. Only accepts cash. 5 dinners and all loved the varied dishes.
I've had loads of food from here.but my meal today was awful.nan was burnt .chicken ticka tawa was tasteless and far to much oil . nearly all went straight in the bin
Food wasn’t great and sauce was pretty poor. Tikka was one of those bright orange colours and not the dark red it should be. Wouldn’t order again.
But you always always only send 1 pickle tray when I pay for 2!
Had to wait over two hours for the food to come and when it arrived the food was cold I called the restaurant for an update and they said they only had one driver on, so I explained they shouldn’t accept orders if they can’t fulfil delivery times very poor service wouldn’t not recommend
