The... read more I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel in every aspect, including customer service culture, hotel facilities, WiFi speed, and cost, was subpar. The elevator was out of order, some lights in the room didn't work, and surprisingly, the reception closed after 4 PM. Simply out of Germany hotel standards by all means.
