You can sit out on the terrace and absorb views of... read more We stopped off here on the way up to Vesuvius and its a pleasant lounge bar with an excellent view of Naples! You can sit out on the terrace and absorb views of Vesuvius, Capri and the Bay of Naples. Very beautiful. The music was...nice and relaxing but a little bit loud. It was so loud inside that we asked to sit outside. We ordered 4 x Spritz and 1 x soft drink and received some nibbles alongside which were tasty. So for 5 drinks and some nibbles plus a chocolate croissant/cornetto 35euro which I thought was a little expensive but I guess you pay also for the view! Keep that in mind. The staff weren't friendly, did not greet us in a friendly manner and looked very moody. We are not used to this in the U.K but this happens a lot in Italy. The staff should be a bit friendlier and the experience would be more pleasant. No smiles, I opened the terrace door for a waitress and she didn't even acknowledge me or say thank you. Not nice. However, apart from that, I give good Stars for the view and the music selection but would be nice to hear ourselves talk to one another.

We ordered 2 bottles of wine in 2 and offered absolutely none finger food (had to order a small mix appetizer board with the first bottle). Never ever experienced something like this before in any bar throughout Italy

I had the grill that was so tasty! all the meals were great and we saw how the sun went over the water. I don't understand the negative reviews that we had a great time and would like to go back at any time.
