To... read more An emergency situation occurred and I was in Kottayam, India last month. I have visited TOKI restaurant. It was lunch time and I have ordered regular Lunch. To my surprise, the food was so tasty and I was able to see the processes. They make everything daily, use fresh vegetables and meat items. Their lunch was served to me in Banana leaf and it was really wonderful experience. Although the general mood was good, I think the atmosphere can be made a bit more professional. It was rush time but the individual service and attentions they provided is commendable. Wish you guys real success in 2024.
