There is a sign on the entrance door stating that only people from the prefecture are allowed to enter. Inside the restaurant, there is a sign requesting customers to eat quietly. The hamburger was delicious. I was surprised by the amount of dessert served, haha.

I was a bit worried that the location might be hard to find, but the hamburg, salad, and dessert were all delicious. I think the price for this set is quite reasonable.
