In my earlier visit, the food was truly excellent, and the manager took the time to chat with me. However, I noticed that no one mentioned the loyalty program. I found the display and the card only after we had already spent £50, which was disappointing. I was very disappointed by my time in faraday Epsom. I was met with unprofessional, unwelcoming behaviour from a server.I believe her name is Sam. The food was overpriced for what it was. Not appetising and got my whole order wrong.i do not recommend!! View all feedback.

Great food and staff were really friendly, special mention to Pav and Sam who were excellent.
Been to the Faraday quite a few times now and it quickly became one of our favourite places to eat, drink and just hang out. The garden is so lovely and the staff there are so fun and engaging. We almost always end up ordering food and we have so much fun playing pool or darts. They also have a very nifty old school arcade machine which is so much fun. Lots to do in 1 pub.
Pav and Adam were looking after us for a family bottomless brunch had a great time top service and very efficient, strong drinks will be back!
Quite cool. Service was quick, not too much of a queue. Nice outdoor area. Clean. Shame the menu didn't have any heathy options. Parking nearby.

Additionally, while discussing my experience, the manager brought up an inexperienced employee who was just a couple of feet away behind the bar. It's frustrating when points aren't recognized, especially when there should be better communication among staff. Overall, it's a great place to eat, but there are some areas for improvement in customer service.
The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is great, and the food and cocktails are delightful! I highly recommend this pub—it's the best in Epsom!
