At 7:50 p.m. we asked, apparently the driver was on the way... the journey time was less than 10 minutes. The pizzas were cold, seemed kept warm, dry. The extra minced meat was missing from the family pizza but we paid for it. What was okay: the margharita for our daughter but it was too late for her today... Unfortunately we can no longer recommend it, as this wasn't the first disappointing experience. Also no apology or accommodation in any way. Too bad...

The delay is because there is only one driver. Ok, it can happen. Then theoretically she will come in 10 minutes at the latest. After 20 minutes I called again. The answer was the driver is on the way. 12 minutes later the food arrived... A lot of work and no helpers can happen, but then lying on the phone isn't possible. Especially since I wanted to cancel the meal on the first call because the kids had to go to bed. But it didn't work anymore because it was supposedly already on the way. No apologies, no nothing. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend the pizzeria.
