Once upon a time in the vibrant 80s, a tantalizing aroma of herbs and succulent chicken blanketed Sydney's iconic Bondi Beach. A passionate young Portuguese immigrant dreamed of sharing the rich flavors of his homeland with the hungry beachgoers.
