Genesis Vietnamese Cuisine - Epping

Large Vietnamese, living locally I would say that this is the best Vietnamese in epping. I have tried the other and tbh this little restaurant is really authentic and good quality eat. they welcome them with a smile, it is a hidden gem. in any case:

Rindfleischpho was ok for a quick fixation at rainy weather, but I wouldn't say it's the best. the early roll had a nice crunch, but there wasn't much in them. the staff was very nice and friendly, and it is near the train station.

A little hidden. pho was charming and spring roll was very crispy. suppe was real and full of meat taste. when they feel like pho in epping, this place is definitiw the one who tries it. but they do not have any resistance when opening st. often close them early and are prepared with cash when they eat alone because they have a minimum fee for eftpos and card users.

More as cooked to houses vietnamese pho than the typical tariff in the more established restaurants. do not complain. Eating is decent enough, but just point out. friendly and efficient. I thought it could be warm and stuffy on hot days.

I am a pho sam believing, but was desperately believed phob yesterday evening and phobically closed for Easter. had a gamble and ordered rinderpho was totally enthusiastic! nothing nice, only good hearty pho with beautiful fresh bark meat.
