While some loyal patrons praise the restaurant for its flavorful, fresh offerings and commend the friendly service, others lament disappointing food quality, excessive delivery delays, and a decline in overall standards. Complaints include long waits, cold dishes, and poor customer service, suggesting a sharp downturn from what used to be a beloved dining choice. Fans recommend planning ahead for busy nights, but increasing dissatisfaction raises questions about whether this establishment can regain its former glory amidst rising expectations.
Our usual takeout experience has changed for the worse. The delivery time quoted was 45 minutes, but our last two orders arrived over an hour late, around 1 hour and 50 minutes. When we called to inquire about our order, we were told it was on its way, but it still took another 20 minutes to arrive, cold. For a meal costing over £50, the quality was poor and the lack of customer service was disappointing. We will not be placing any more orders in the future. The restaurant offers delicious food, excellent service, and quick delivery. We have never had a negative experience here. Highly recommend trying their takeout service for dinner. The price per person ranges from £10 to £20. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a rating of 5. We particularly recommend trying the Fried Squid with Spring Onions and Ginger.
If you are looking for a delicious takeout option, this restaurant is a great choice. The price per person falls within the range of £40-50, but the quality of the food makes it worth it. I rated the food, service, and atmosphere a 4 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Balls, Manor Special Fried Rice, Chow Mein, Chicken Chinese Style, and Special Fried Rice. The flavors are authentic and the portions are generous. Overall, a great spot for a satisfying meal.
