The chips were hard, likely leftover from lunchtime, and the salad was limp, probably from the day before. I haven't visited this place in a while, and after this experience, I definitely won't be returning.

Despite having plenty of staff, it's baffling how they manage to get things so wrong.

I ordered the chef's special, as usual, but this... read more The food at this restaurant is typically enjoyable from Monday to Saturday, but on Sundays it is disappointing. I ordered the chef's special, as usual, but this time it was not good. The only fresh items were the chicken wings and kebab. The donner meat was old, the rice was clumpy, and there was very little of it compared to other days of the week. When I called to inform them about the poor quality of the food, they were rude and told me not to order from them again. I am completely unhappy with this level of service. I would not recommend ordering on a Sunday.

Friendly staff, prompt delivery, lovely food, sheesh kebabs, rice, salad, sauces, pitta bread and chips for an extra treat. Very small portion... read more Just arrived home with two lamb shish kebabs. Have been getting the same order every month or so for years. Tonight it was SO disappointing. Very small portion size and very different dish to the lamb shish that we have had over many years. The price hasn't changed, nor have the staff so no idea what the problem is. However it was clear from the display cabinet which was very sparse that business had changed. There are so many other Turkish restaurants I doubt we will go back. Pity.
