I had a morning flat white on a sunny Sunday morning. The coffee was a little over roasted and bitter and the drink did not taste as good as it normally does. Perhaps I am over fussy but other chains can make it a little better. The cafe was also quite empty with only 5 or so tables busy inside.
A fast food coffee with very good coffee, the cake is rather normal. The staff is friendly but sometimes overwhelmed by the rush.
Some staff are really really bad, some might call it a bit racist. so I would not recommend this place, in fact I would say stay well clear.
Always love the products however today was a shame I felt rushed when I was only one in the que and the shop was empty as it was after rush hour so everyone else was at school and work… I felt whoever served me was abrupt and rushing me even though all I wanted was a simple medium latte … she was rude and told her colleague to make it then she walked off I appreciate she may have had other jobs to do but the customer should always come first ? I will return however it won’t be for the customer service maybe I come on a one off day ?
Great Costa, food and drinks spot on. Service helpful and friendly. Wait time good. Nice seating area and a couple of tables outside too.
