Description

Cafe Nero in Epping is struggling with cleanliness and service issues, leading to disappointment for customers. Despite good coffee quality, the outdated decor, slow service, and lack of cleanliness are major drawbacks. The staff needs more training to improve coffee preparation and customer satisfaction. Overall, the experience at Cafe Nero falls below expectations, with better options available in the area.

It's wonderful to see Cafe Nero reopen after the lockdown. They serve the best cup of coffee in Epping, and the staff is excellent and welcoming.

The coffee at this restaurant is still very good, but the place is in desperate need of a renovation. The furniture is old and damaged, and the bathrooms need a complete overhaul. With so many other coffee options in Epping, Cafe Nero needs to step up their game. More staff would also improve the experience, as the service is slow and tables are not cleared promptly for new customers.

I decided to give Caffe Nero another try, but unfortunately, I was disappointed once again. The restaurant was still dusty, with newspapers scattered around and sticky table surfaces. Everything looked dirty and the coffee was not up to par with other options in Epping. I would recommend skipping this place and trying one of the better ones in the area.

It is almost a year since I went into Nero's and the report I gave then was very similar to now. The welcome was cool, the place looked a bit grubby, the tabletop was sticky and there were bits of paper and dropped food on the floor. If this is the standard that Nero's deliver, I will give this coffee shop a miss again for a further year.

We arrived in Epping so decided to pop into Caffè Nero was fairly busy my husband went to sit down while I was queuing only 2 people in front But to our disgust there was a man with a ladder right in the middle of the shop CLEANING OUT THE AIR CON UNIT !! Omg the dust bacteria was flying everywhere this point we decided not to have a drink here leave I’m sorry in a food drink establishment there should not be a man cleaning the air con !! This is just not good !!!
