Wrap City Sandwich Co. - Epping

Usually I don't rush to my computer to write reviews but I had to!We were on our way to the racetrack looking for a lunch spot. We discovered Wrap City on our Google Search and I'm SO glad we did. The menu is huge, friendly for all diet preferences. We were greeted by a man, not sure his name or if he's the owner, but he was so nice. We got our food pretty fast and it was absolutely delicious. The three of us got wraps, the outside was toasty and the inside was perfect--not so overstuffed that it was going everywhere, and not thin by any means. The prices are VERY fair for what you get. And, the chips, OMG. I made a comment about how incredible the chips looked, and the man who took our order gave me extra--he must have heard me because I had to ask my friends to help me finish them LOL. Overall 10/10 will be back!

Be forewarned, when you go there to place an in person order towards the end of business hours the staff will shut down the grill early even though they are still prepping orders. Food is usually alright but their notion hours of operation is a joke. That 's fine, plenty of other restaurants right here that want my money.Food: 4/5

Found a long hair in my wrap today 12/14/2022 at 1230. Bit into it! Went to complain and was told they couldn't refund my money because they don't know how. Then said they will only give store credit anyway but still didn't know how to do it. Not one person even said sorry! Horrible service! Not to mention sanitary issues! Will never go back!

I love the wraps here. We don't stop here often but when we do have been satisfied. Staff is always friendly, food is always good and we have never walked away dissatisfiedFood: 4/5
