What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
tonight, a 35 minute line waited when there were only 2 cars in front of me, just to come home that my eating was very messed up. there was no steak in my steak burrito premiums, there were meat in my friends vegetarian burritos, my tacos were completely mangled as someone stepped on them before they entered the pocket. I also came here 2 nights ago at 11 o'clock, and all the workers were hanging out, I pulled on the... View all feedback.
During our recent visit to this restaurant, we encountered a minor issue due to a nationwide problem with their signage. Despite only having $17 to cover a meal for three people, the staff member on duty was understanding and managed to provide us with our order so that everyone could eat, although drinks were not included. It seemed like the employee had some form of voucher or flexibility from management to accommodate us. The children in our group were pleased with their meals, although they did express disappointment about not receiving the drinks they had ordered. Overall, the situation was handled well by the staff considering the circumstances.

The staff member had a liquor license but was unable to process credit card payments due to a system outage. The staff at this restaurant is highly respectful, and the manager is very understanding. We had a slight issue where our order didn't go through after payment on the app, but after speaking with the manager, we were able to get the food we wanted. We heard that the restaurant may be closing soon, but it is still a great place to dine. We would definitely recommend it.
I have attempted to eat at this restaurant several times, but each time I find myself waiting in the drive-thru line for over 10 minutes with no progress. Despite there only being one car in front of me, it takes more than 10 minutes for them to place an order. I always end up leaving without ordering because of the long wait. I do not blame the employees, as I worked at Domino's during the pandemic and understand the challenges of being understaffed. The franchisee running this location is not managing the store effectively. One solution could be to increase employee pay in order to attract more help.
This restaurant is one of the worst I've been to, and that's saying a lot. The food is usually old, stale, or completely made wrong, and the staff is often unfriendly and unhelpful. The place always seems dirty as well. I won't be returning until major improvements are made. Perhaps start by paying your employees better so they can take their work more seriously.
