The burg... read more Epping Seafood was one of the only restaurants open on New Year's Day. We decided to dine here without any expectations, but were completely impressed. The burgers were amazing and a steal at around $8. They were some of the best burgers we have had in town, and half the price of others. They were similar to the burgers at Paul's Famous Burgers in the Shire, but much more affordable. The milkshake was delicious and old school, made with ice cream and priced at only $3. The owners were friendly and provided fast service. If you are in the area, I highly recommend trying Epping Seafood for the burgers (though I will try the seafood next time).

It's always quick, always good and I'd probably rate it higher if I could eat it without the trip home but the couple of tables and chairs in the place aren't exactly where I'd like to dine. But let's be honest, we all get takeway fish & chips from time to time and this place offers that plus a good range of other options. The seafood platter (or however it's termed) comes in a range of choices so you can pretty much get whatever combination you want. I've always thought it would be great to order from this shop when a bunch of friends come over and you just want a lot of good food to feed the masses. The chips are always good and the quality of the fish is dependable. You really couldn't want or expect anything more from a local shop that delivers just what it promises.
