What User doesn't like about Cafe Topiary:
We've come here a few times, mainly because we were close by. Each time the coffee was bad enough for us to almost vow to not return again, though the food has been reasonable. The setup with the small outdoor area is nice on a sunny day. View all feedback.
The outdoor area is beautiful, but if the weather is not good, the interior is boring. Good coffee, but all meals are average.
All Day Breakfast. Special lunch menu. Casual and comfortable environment. Good food. Friendly staff.
This scenic café on Rawson Street in Epping is a great option for breakfast. Spanish omelets and other healthy options are available. The coffee is also good. The service is friendly.
5 meals ordered. Fish, Calamari, shrimp chips came without the Calamari shrimps that we had to point to the waiter, was said to have run out of the other ambition. Pumpkin Avo Salat said they had run out of Avo, but would give me Haloumi cheese. The very thin slitter of Haloumi cheese sadly shy on a huge amount of salad. Fritter were small. Really terrible experience. Toilets were not clean. Avoid!
We tried a couple of vegetarian dishes and also some fresh fruit juices the food was very tasty and the drinks fresh. It's a bit disconcerting when the ramp needs a makeover for safety and the notice reminds you, the facade at the front of the cafe needs some work as does the wheelbarrow full of dead plant matter. It's not all about the food but also the ambience. Bit of an issue when told only cash payment as the rain had gotten into the electrics in the near future when no cash is available this could really be an issue.
