The menu i... read more We were looking for a good-bourgeois place that is not in the city of Heidelberg. We were there with 4 people and we agreed it is worth coming again. The menu is clearly designed and offers numerous dishes for every taste. We all decided by chance for medallions with Spätzle and were not disappointed. The portions are lush and all were filled. The quality was excellent, by the way.

After the renovation and new, modern decor, everything has a great atmosphere, bright and open. I personally like it very much! The service is very friendly and always attentive to the guests. The food itself was great. The selection is limited, but that wasn't a disadvantage, because the dishes tasted all the better. All in all, I would recommend the Gasthaus Adler if you like the above-mentioned aspects.
