They always get my order r... read more I visited this restaurant four times a week, and each visit was fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly and do an excellent job! They always get my order right, and they are quick and polite. The food is even better than Chick-fil-A, and it’s a more ethical choice as well. They definitely deserve a recognition for their hard work!

Also every time I?ve been there they have been ?all out? of chicken pot pies?like how??? Even if you order ahead online they STILL conveniently won?t have any. I get that it?s hard for fast food workers right now?but if you?re not gonna be serving certain things then take them off your menu!

T... read more We had a fantastic experience at this KFC. It’s now under new management, led by a warm and friendly family who provided excellent service and delicious food. The chicken was hot and crispy, the mashed potatoes were delightful, and the fries were perfectly cooked and flavorful. They are currently renovating the dining area, which could use some updates, but I commend their efforts. What truly matters to me is the quality of the food and service, both of which were outstanding.

I ordered a 12-piece bucket, and one of the pieces appeared as if it had already been bitten into. I would suggest going to the Burger King nearby instead.

The sign instructed customers to say hello when they were ready to order, but despite greeting them several times, I received no response. Frustrated, I eventually chose to leave. As I was exiting the parking lot, I noticed two employees who appeared to be unoccupied; one was walking around while the other sat idly, both just watching as I drove away. It's no wonder this location is always empty; it feels like the staff lacks any motivation to work. Overall, my experience was a clear indication of the extremely poor customer service here!
