Peppers, onions and cheese were pretty much nonexistent and the au jus with horseradish wasn’t served at all. When we sent the sandwich back to the kitchen, the food runner brought it back unchanged and told us the sandwich was “the way it’s supposed to be.” Our crab pretzel appetizer came out last and was completely cold. Cute concept and atmosphere, but food and service are terrible.

However,... read more The coffee here is absolutely delicious, and I always look forward to trying the next flight! I visit frequently, and the service is usually excellent. However, recently I've noticed that the service has slowed down quite a bit, and I've overheard some unprofessional conversations among the staff that can be heard from the tables. It also seems like they're having trouble preparing the flights due to a shortage of flight cup boards, which made me feel rushed while finishing my flight. Overall, it has been a bit disappointing lately.
