Fratelli's Pizza - Ephrata

Stay away from this restaurant. They seem fine until there's a mistake. When I received cold food today and called to complain, they treated me as if I were just trying to get something for free. I was told that I had to bring back the entire pizza if I wanted a replacement. However, we had already eaten the first four slices before realizing how cold it was. So here we are, stuck with cold pizza, and I refuse to defend what was once my favorite place. I don’t even want anything for free from them anymore. I live nearby and people often ask me about the restaurant, but I can no longer recommend it. If their response to a complaint is dismissive and condescending, it can erase years of loyalty in an instant. Admitting that they simply left the food out too long would have been much more acceptable than their pride preventing any responsibility. I didn't want more pizza; I just wanted reassurance that this wouldn't happen again. But now, there will be no next time.

Since moving to Ephrata four years ago, we've ordered pizza, wings, subs, and various other items from the menu. The service has always been excellent, and the food is consistently hot and delicious.

I've visited this restaurant several times, and the pizza features a wonderfully crisp crust. The menu is quite extensive. Personally, I prefer the classic round-style pizza over the Sicilian, but if you enjoy Sicilian pizza, I would definitely recommend giving it a try!

Best Pizza and Cheesesteaks in Lancaster! The family that runs the restaurant are absolutely amazing, very nice, personal and professional. Excellent customer service and never disappointed, the restaurant is always clean and welcoming. I recommend each of the foods on their menu, I tried everything and will continue to be a loyal customer to Fratelli?s. Authentic Italian cuisine from authentic Italians.

No matter if my family dines in or has delivery , the customer service and food is excellent tasting, excellent presentation, the service is definitely worth it. The prices are very reasonable. Our daughter from out of state) loves their cheesesteaks. We have had cheesesteaks, hoagies, calzones, and Stromboli and each we would highly recommend.
