The team members here at the Ephrata location are overall very nice! As a frequent customer, I stopped here on my way home from work, and to my surprise Seth made my day by treating me to ice cream on the house. By allowing me to not pay for my treat was the sweetest thing that happened to me all day. I sincerely appreciate his generosity and his customer service skills. His smile really brightens the day! What CRAZY PA FAMILY doesn't like about Dairy Queen (treat):
I ordered a Photo Ice Cream cake online. I had someone pick this cake up for me. When I saw the cake it it had some weird not in English photo on the cake. I called DQ and they said they print what is sent to them. OK..... I sent a picture of a person. Friendly staff, efficient and quick service. Buster Bars are my go to on busier days.
We love Dairy Queen in Ephrata and recommend it to anyone! Great ice cream and great service!
