Cup Of Joy Espresso - Ephrata

By far the best cup of coffee you can find in Washington, let alone Ephrata. Staff is beyond friendly and all the drinks are always well made. Can't recommend this place enough

Such a good espresso shop! My partner and I both bought iced white mochas- hands down one of the BEST I’ve had. Perfect blend of coffee taste and white chocolate. I’m a very picky coffee drinker and have been to a lot of different coffee shops. Highly recommend

I came into town to visit family and I have been trying coffee all over Washington… hands down the best cup of coffee I have had on my trip!! The barista (I’m so sorry, I never caught your name!! was so nice and so patient with all of my questions, too. I got a 5 shot americano with English toffee and oatmilk twice this week ? I can’t wait for my next visit to have another!!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. I’ve worked in coffee and it’s not always easy. I understand that. I want to support local. But Ive tried four or five times and my coffee is never good. I ask for X amount of shots, white chocolate, fill the cup with ice and top it with some half and half. They hand me and iced breve latte every single time. Ive tried ordering it as an iced Americano with no water, I’ve tried ordering it as an iced espresso, ive tried saying LOTS of ice, I’ve tried saying EXTRA EXTRA ice. I get a cup of cream and half an inch of tiny ice bits every. Single. Time. And I’m pretty sure what they’re doing is filling the cup with ice and pouring the shots over it and then adding cream, which I understand is how they might have been trained, but that’s not what I asked for. Tried again today and it was the same. I literally threw it out and went to Starbucks…..

I moved out of town three years ago, but every time I stop in it’s still the best around. Love these gals and the owner is fantastic ?
