Barb Ed's Drive-inn - Ephrata

The food here is consistently excellent. I've tried nearly everything on the menu. As for the service during my dinner visit, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.

I finally went in and tried this spot last night for dinner! I wish I would have caught the girls name, who helped us. She was superb! She was welcoming and friendly and had an infectious smile. Our food was great! I have finally found a spot that sells the right onion rings!!!! This is what battered onion rings are!!! I can't wait to go try the Reuben, fish and chips and the meatloaf sandwich! Great atmosphere and family friendly music playing. A very nice experience.

The service was great, and the staff were friendly. However, the onion rings were too salty, and the shoestring fries were a bit soggy.

At the better end of drive-in food. Service was great. Very pleasant young ladies working front of house. Ice cream Sunday- yum! Perfect end to dinner. Wheelchair accessibility: Good handicapped parking. My Mom did not have any problems with her walker. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Since my family and I relocated to the area a few years ago, we always look forward to dining at Barb Ed's. The staff is consistently friendly and provides excellent service. The burgers and daily specials are delicious, and the owners are genuinely gracious individuals who love serving their community. It's a true hometown gem!
