Staff are friendly. Place is clean and well lit. Sandwiches are great!
The service was very slow. The staff showed no concern as flies were crawling over the food at 3:30 PM on Tuesday, September 27th, 2022.
You know what to expect from Subway. The $5 footlong days are long past, but they still serve a solid sandwich. The staff at this location are excellent—efficient and rarely make any mistakes.
I went to subway today in Ephraim Utah waited exactly 53 min (I counted) saw 2 other cars leave because the wait was so long, I saw 3 people come, eat and leave before anything, I told the teller, no response, I finally left.. happens a lot to me there
The staff were very rude and curt with everyone, giving the impression they didn’t want to be there at all. They treated each customer poorly. To make matters worse, they were out of half the menu options.
