When my son accidentally dropped his cake pop in the drive-thru, Olivia went above and beyond by giving him a new one instead of making us pay for it. We were very grateful for her generosity.

Went through drive thru, got the wrong drink. It is ok stuff happens. Go in to have it corrected and receive the wrong drink. I have them correct it again and they just hand me a crusty drink from the counter that is cold. Seriously worst Starbucks experience to date at any location.
