I want to share my experience with the imaging department where my mother was taken in as a walk-in patient. The technician was friendly, respectful, gentle, and efficient. The results were sent to her doctor promptly, allowing for treatment to begin right away. Thank you for your dedication to the health of our community!
The only reason and I mean the absolute ONLY reason I’m leaving a 4 star review is because of the woman that did my MRI. She was amazing and I truly wish that all of the staff at this hospital were like her. I’ve had so many bad experiences..between being treated a certain kind of way because of something seen in my medical history or just being told that there is no reason for some of the symptoms I have had and that my lab results are all normal only to find out the following day that’s as far from the truth as it could have ever been! Seeing red flags next to like 4 of my results that say “need further immediate review” is quite upsetting to me. If I am able to I will not be seen at this hospital again and would rather go elsewhere even if it’s an extra 20 miles it would be worth it to me to be treated like an actual human being and not Judged or looked down on.
All the receptionists, pre-op medical staff, nurses, interventional radiology techs, and lab technicians at St. Elizabeth Hospital were fantastic. They made me feel like the most important person there. Their professionalism and clear communication made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. St. Elizabeth Hospital and its staff, you're doing an excellent job! Keep it up!
Had an echo and a ct and was waiting so long I had to send my husband to his appt 20 miles away. As a result I was there from about 11 to 5. After the tests I waited in the cafeteria where I was treated so nice by the dark haired waitress. She was wonderful. Infact all the technicians were too. It wasn't their fault my doctor added another test .
The staff was fantastic and very friendly. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment I arrived. The emergency room was almost empty, which allowed for a smooth experience during my surgery, and I received a lot of personal attention. Dr. Christopher Boch is an exceptional foot surgeon, and he truly helped me recover.
