I want to share my experience with the imaging department where my mother was taken in as a walk-in patient. The technician was friendly, respectful, gentle, and efficient. The results were sent to her doctor promptly, allowing for treatment to begin right away. Thank you for your dedication to the health of our community!
The only reason and I mean the absolute ONLY reason I’m leaving a 4 star review is because of the woman that did my MRI. She was amazing and I truly wish that all of the staff at this hospital were like her. I’ve had so many bad experiences..between being treated a certain kind of way because of something seen in my medical history or just being told that there is no reason for some of the symptoms I have had and that my lab results are all normal only to find out the following day that’s as far from the truth as it could have ever been! Seeing red flags next to like 4 of my results that say “need further immediate review” is quite upsetting to me. If I am able to I will not be seen at this hospital again and would rather go elsewhere even if it’s an extra 20 miles it would be worth it to me to be treated like an actual human being and not Judged or looked down on.
All the receptionists, pre-op medical staff, nurses, interventional radiology techs, and lab technicians at St. Elizabeth Hospital were fantastic. They made me feel like the most important person there. Their professionalism and clear communication made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. St. Elizabeth Hospital and its staff, you're doing an excellent job! Keep it up!
My orthopedic surgeon needed an EKG before hand surgery. So I called St. Elizabeth to see if I had to make an appointment. The receptionist sent me to the pictures where I asked about the EKG. The Gal checked with the technician and told me I could just come in. I was there in 20 minutes, checked in him the reception, was sown in the visual language, where I was called immediately and 20 minutes later I was on my way out of the door. Smooth like silk
We recently gave birth at St Elizabeth and had an awesome experience. Jen in particular from the family birthing center was AMAZING. She was super friendly, helpful, and truly cared. She is a great asset to the team!
