As a pho enthusiast, I can confidently say this restaurant is excellent. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 4/5. I highly recommend trying the Pho Enumclaw and the Pork and Shrimp Spring Rolls!

Love, love, loved this place! I was in town for a couple weeks and ate here several times. P-1 was my absolute favorite. It was much more than I could eat in one sitting. Only thing I'd change is the rice noodles they serve with it. If you don't eat it immediately they stick together. I had good experiences every time I was there. Highly recommend!!
