It's great to have a decent Pho restaurant in Enumclaw. The vegetarian spring roll was quite good, although I wished it had a bit more sweetness, like in the carrots and cucumber. It was very simple with just one flavor, and I expected more. Love, love, loved this place! I was in town for a couple weeks and ate here several times. P-1 was my absolute favorite. It was much more than I could eat in one sitting. Only thing I'd change is the rice noodles they serve with it. If you don't eat it immediately they stick together. I had good experiences every time I was there. Highly recommend!!
