Holding longer than the sncf, cook and waiter without masks, I don't know where the positive reviews come out but it's the day and night compared to my experience. I have the evidence if you want, but it's not necessary. You seem nice, the least thing would have been to offer a drink or something, or even offer a coffee while waiting, it happens to everyone to be overwhelmed but you have to know how to satisfy the customer before all it goes from your image. Good continuation
