Dom Apetite - Entroncamento

This is maybe the best Restaurant in a 5 minute walk distance from the famous Entroncamento railway station. I went there for a family meeting and I was surprised not only by the food and the good relation quality/price but also becuase the service was excellent. Entroncamento was not a place to visit until recently the Ferroviário Museum was oppened. For those who are into train memorabilia and collections having lunch in this Restaurante and visiting the Museum can be a perfect plan for a onde day tour.

On the way to northeastern Portugal and to Salamanca, this a restaurant to visit. Quality and well cooked food. Convenient price. Try the meat. Also fine Portuguese wines and desserts. Friendly service.

By luck we found this place. Amazing food and great service. Totally unexpected was the eisbein on the menu, which somehow was better than any pork knuckle I ever had in Germany or Czech Republic! Strongly recommend eating here.

Great service and fair prices for the quality you're getting. I've eaten here three times and the food was always excelent. But the octopus is really worth being mentioned... it melts in your mouth and is incredibly tasty. The people working there match the place. They're very nice and helpful, always making sure you have everything you need for a great meal experience. Would be giving highest rating for the food if I didn't find the desserts to be overly sweet.
