La Bastide De Fangouse Entrecasteaux

Excellent meal to “the little Fangouse”. To have lunch and dinner on several occasions in Summer, we enjoyed the new duo a lot; Cheffe Cécile and in charge of the restaurant Arnaud. Very good meal, all in harmony, everything is gathered so that this duo continues for several seasons. Well done, we'll be back.

High quality fish ceviche with aromas noted with harmony, a grilled lobster with combawa butter accompanied by small vegetables and roasted apples: a high quality, a feast of the palace to emphasize the royal dimension of the meal. Do not hesitate to follow the advice of the staff for the wine that reveals the qualities of those from here. Anyway... a big table in an idyllic scenery not to be missed. It is rare to have found such a good table in such a lost corner. Bravo to the whole team: we will return

The frame is magical, sober, class. The sincere and pleasant welcome. Young, voluntary, discreet team. The dishes: a neat cuisine, fresh and quality products. Association of balanced flavors. I recommend the line of lobster at the combava... A pure wonder Successful Evening to redo.
