What User doesn't like about Subway:
First time ordering online with this location... Sandwich was made and ready on time.....BUT.... Special request for cups of sauce was ignored and they gave me a chicken sub instead of a chicken bacon ranch (which I ordered and was charged for) First time I walked in, no one spoke to me, and only 1 employee glanced at me. Metro is a decent sandwich shop with a beautiful selection of subways and types of bread. This subway is a step over the other one I ate. Clean place and nice staff go a long way to make any place desirable, this (at North Pointe Shopping Plaza) is excellent.

It wasn't in a subway in a while. Clean, good food, friendly staff. The next day back.
The 3 sub sandwiches I bought it! And... the staff was friendly, professional made our sandwiches look the way Subway 's Sub-Werbe pictures.. For a change!! Big job! ...Miss Lori..
